At VURA, we are committed to delivering your favorite lightweight, comfortable footwear quickly and safely. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Cut-Off Time & Same-Day Dispatch

To ensure fast delivery, we adhere to strict daily operational cut-off times aligned with courier pickup schedules:

• Daily Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (IST)
• Orders Placed BEFORE 12:00 PM: Processed, packed, and assigned for carrier pickup on the same business day.
• Orders Placed AFTER 12:00 PM: Processed and scheduled for pickup on the following business day.
• Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national/courier holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines 

We partner with leading couriers to offer wide coverage across India:

• Metro Cities: 2 – 4 Business Days
• Rest of India: 4 – 7 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is packed and assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) number on Shiprocket, you will automatically receive an SMS and Email notification with a direct tracking link.

You can track your shipment’s live status directly via the link provided or by logging into your Vura account.
